Our ERBEND Brand Caka Folding Machine is a professional sheet metal forming machine designed for high-precision folding, box forming, and profile bending of thin and medium-gauge sheet metal. Developed by Erbend, a company specializing in sheet metal bending, this series offers faster, more flexible, and repeatable solutions that replace press brakes in modern production lines.

Our machine features an advanced folding structure capable of controlling the folding, bending, bending height, and backgauge movements via servo/motor-controlled axes. This ensures that even in mass production, every part achieves the same angle, dimensions, and quality. The clamping jaw and goat’s foot (segment) dies allow for deep and precise bends in sheet metal box and tray-style parts.
