

Our AWEA BM1600 CNC Vertical Machining (Milling) Center is a machining center that offers high rigidity and precision for the machining of mold components, machine parts, and general industrial parts, featuring 1600 x 800 x 800 mm axis travel and a large table capacity suitable for handling heavy workpieces. Thanks to its box-guide axis structure and high-torque gear-driven spindle, it delivers stable surface quality in both heavy-duty machining operations and fine machining and finishing processes.
Our machine, featuring a 3-axis structure controlled by MITSUBISHI, an automatic tool changer magazine (24–30 tool capacity), and a BT40/BT50 tapered milling spindle, enables the machining of complex parts in a single setup using various tool combinations. With a table size of approximately 1700–2000 x 800 mm and a part handling capacity of up to 2 tons, it ensures the safe machining of large-body parts and die plates.
