Our TAKISAWA TAIWAN EX-108 II CNC lathes are compact and powerful turning centers designed for high-precision, mass production jobs. They feature an 8” chuck and Fanuc control. With a turning diameter of up to 320 mm, a turning length of approximately 500 mm, and a 52 mm bar capacity, they maximize efficiency in machining bar and flange-type parts.
With a spindle speed of 4000 rpm and a 12-station turret structure, roughing/fine turning, grooving, drilling, and deburring operations can be performed in a single setup with repeatable dimensional accuracy. The rigid body structure, box slide design, and automatic lubrication system ensure stable surface quality and low tool wear even during long periods of uninterrupted operation.
