

Our TAKISAWA TAIWAN NEX110M CNC lathes are high-tech turning centers equipped with a motorized tool changer (M-axis), designed for the precise and efficient machining of medium-sized parts, featuring a swivel diameter of 560 mm, a maximum turning diameter of 350 mm, and a turning length of 629.8 mm.
With a 75 mm bar capacity and a spindle speed of 3,500 rpm, they ensure high efficiency in bar-to-part machining and rough/finish turning operations for flange parts. The turret structure, featuring 12 stations with driven tooling, enables the completion of turning and milling operations (drilling, grooving, bolt circle drilling, face milling, etc.) in a single setup.
