

Our QUENCH brand induction hardening machine is a professional line with controlled and repeatable heat treatment capabilities, used for surface hardening of machine elements such as shafts, splines, gears, and similar components.
Thanks to the high-frequency induction system, surface hardening is performed only in the desired area (e.g., tooth root, bearing area, cam surface, etc.); while maintaining the toughness of the part core structure, high hardness, wear resistance, and impact resistance are achieved on the working surface.
